The Teen Summer Boot Camp classes are perfect for students on break who are looking to stay active and get more exercise.

It's also great for athletes who are looking to stay in shape over the summer. The classes build strength, increase agility & speed, develop core strength, and improve flexibility.

The Teen Summer Boot Camp classes are every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:30am and cost only $10 per class.

Fill out the liability waiver, sign it, and bring it to the gym along with your $10 bucks and a water bottle. Make sure to eat a healthy meal 1-2 hours before you workout so you have enough energy to give it 100%.
