This is not fitness-related, but definitely worth sharing!

If you (and/or your kids) are looking for a project to do, this is a fun one that can brighten both your day and that of the residents at a local nursing home.

Most residents at nursing homes are not allowed visitors right now and many are quarantined in their rooms to protect them from the virus, which is necessary but you can imagine how lonely that could be. So, let's send them cards so they know they are not alone!

One of our members works at Providence Mt St Vincent and told us about this (info below), but I'm sure any of the local nursing homes would be happy to receive cards!
