How much water should you be drinking each day?💧

This question gets asked all of the time and the answer isn’t always the same for everyone. The basic rule is 64 ounces (or 8, 8oz glasses). But most would tell you they need much more than that. Especially if they are the active type!

A good rule to use is drinking a half an ounce to an ounce of water for each pound you weigh. Everyone’s different! Start at the low end if you aren’t a big water drinker. I find my sweet spot to be a gallon of water each day and I track it using this water tracker my girlfriend drew by hand (I’m sure there are apps for this but it’s quarantine & I have time). Each ice cube represents 16oz of water! Make your own! Track your water & enjoy the benefits of hydration 😎💧🚰

Hey Freedom Fit Family! Here is a advanced exercise you can try at home, especially if you’ve been experiencing some minor low back pain (without other or previous back injury). Physical limitations can be a factor in why we may not exercise, so let’s get our bodies as healthy as possible 😊

Back extension helps strengthen our back, glutes and even hamstrings. It can help alleviate back pain, and when we strengthen our low back it in turn strengthens our core, supports our posture, and helps protect our spine💪 #FreedomCulture

On May 12th our trainer Christion breed and his buddies set out on an adventure. Unsure of the terrain due to the downpour in Olympia at Capital State Forest they continued on. The journey was about 20 miles with an elevation gain of 2,000 ft. Covered in mud and rain as they rode back down the mountain blissfulness pain was in abundance.

We keep wanting to talk about positivity and we cannot forget about progression. Progression is the twin sibling of positivity and sometimes they can be dangerous together! As long as we know our limits and trust the process of respect and flow, synchronization finds its place right where you are.
