Whether you are new to working out or are just needing a refresher to get back into a routine, Couch to Hardcore is perfect for you. It is the first program in our Small Group Training series, designed to familiarize you with basic movement patterns and proper form and technique. It is an eight week program during which you will meet twice weekly with a trainer and a few others (no more than 3) who are at similar fitness levels.

Ready to amp your workouts up? We created Bikini Beach Body to push you to see what you are capable of and break through any plateaus you may be struggling with. By the end of this eight week program you will be shocked by your abilities and the progress. This program also includes twice weekly sessions with a trainer and a few others (no more than 3) who are at the same fitness level with similar goals.
