boot camp for kids

Are you looking for a great way for your kids to stay active this summer? We have the answer for you. Boot Camp for Kids is the best way for your kids to spend the day learning about both fitness and nutrition at the same time.

We have 8 separate weeks of camp that are 4 days long (Monday - Thursday) from June 29th - August 20. Camp are 4 hours long and go from 9am - 1pm. The first half of each day will be spent working on different fitness exercises and training for speed and agility. After lunch we'll play games that incorporate the exercises that were learned and run obstacle courses that use their agility skills.

The camps will be held in the North SeaTac Park across the street from the gym. Pick up and drop off will be in the parking lot of the park on Des Moines Memorial Drive directly across the street from the gym. Kids will need to bring their own brown bag healthy lunches.

You can sign your child up for as many weeks as you would like, from 1 week to the whole 8 week program. Discounts available when signing up for multiple weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions, and if you would like to sign your child up.
